Spotlight: Updates from Real Property Management
Real Property Management continues to grow at double-digit rates, adding 31 new offices in 2013 and surpassing 250 locations nationwide last month. Here are three key highlights.
Welcome Don Lawby: Real estate industry veteran, Don Lawby, recently joined Real Property Management as a full-time consultant. In his role, Lawby will be tasked with offering strategic direction, growing the franchise system, and international development.
Most recently with Century 21 Canada as President/COO, Don has a long history of growing companies within our industry, and he will be instrumental in strengthening Real Property Management and helping to accomplish our goals.
Congratulations Franchise of the Year: This year’s franchise of the year was awarded to Kathryn and Stewart Guthrie of Sacramento at the annual franchise conference.
The Guthries, and all of our Real Property Management offices, dedicate their time and energy to supporting their property owners and tenants. We appreciate their many contributions to the Real Property Management family.
The SOURCE for Property Owners: Real Property Management recently launched the go-to online resource for the rental property industry. The SOURCE provides articles, tips, and information for single-family residence rental property owners to save time, avoid costly mistakes, earn more revenue from their property and reduce stress related to their leased properties.
“We’ve amassed a lot of best practices over the years and our team of experts has created a library of their expansive knowledge to share with rental property owners who are facing challenges or looking for advice,” said Kirk McGary, founder, and CEO of Real Property Management.
We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the Nation. See Equal Housing Opportunity Statement for more information.
